Delivery Policy

Special Requests

We are not able to alter the content of our Boxes or switch around ingredients currently. We are working towards offering Gluten-Free and Vegan alternatives. 

Delivery Day and Times

Our Boxes are only available for delivery to specific postcodes Tuesday to Sunday every week (see postcode info), including Bank Holidays. Delivery times for The Brekkie Box are between 6.30am - 10.30am

All other Boxes are delivered between 7am - 3pm

We are not able to provide Delivery Windows.

Changes to Address

By purchasing online, you agree that you have confirmed the delivery postcode is within the Postal Codes we have provided. Also confirming you have selected the correct date. An admin fee will be deducted should we need to make changes to your date (depending on availability).

Day of Delivery

Our courier will attempt to deliver at the Shipping Address provided. If they fail to get hold of yourself/recipient your Box will be delivered to a neighbour. You will be notified of these attempts and delivery to neighbour via the email address provided. 

Refunds

We do not offer refunds but can offer change of date for Weekday Booking (Tuesday - Thursday) if enough notice is given (minimum of 3 days) on and there is availability for the requested. During busy periods at the weekend (Friday to Sunday) we cannot offer Date Changes - Please ensure you select the correct date.
