We are delivering all Valentine's Products on Saturday 11th February and Monday 13th February 2023.
Our delivery timings are our standard timings of 7.30am to 5pm. We cannot offer set timings If you would like delivery before midday for all products, please scroll down and select this on the checkout page.
You will receive a dispatch notification on the date of delivery.
We deliver across London and Greater London, within the M25 and some parts of Essex and Surrey. Our standard delivery charge is from £12.00.
Please check that we deliver to your area by using our Postcode Checker in the cart.
We typically deliver to London and Greater London.
For larger events, bespoke collaborations and corporate/ brand orders we are happy to deliver outside of London. We also offer Nationwide options. Please email us directly at email@example.com.

We offer Pre-Midday delivery between 7am and Midday. Please scroll down at checkout and select this 'add on' to your order which will reflect in your cart.
We are not able to offer shorter/ specific delivery windows.
We offer collections for orders over £300 from our HQ.
Our courier will attempt to deliver at the Shipping Address provided within our delivery times.
It is soley the clients responsibility to ensure that the intended recipient is available to receive the package on the day.
Where there is no response at the address, the driver will attempt to deliver to a neighbour and call the number provided and notify of failed delivery.
We are not be liable for failed deliveries due to the recipient not being in to take the order and do not offer any form of refunds in this case.
We also cannot offer redirections/ redeliveries on the day.

Of course it is always best to order as early as you can, but we understand that this is not always possible. Every product has a date picker so you can choose the day you want to receive you order for.
We cannot offer refunds but can offer change of dates for a Weekday Booking if 3 working days notice is given via email only and if there is availibility for the requested date. During busy perios at the weekend or Festive Seasons we cannot offer date changes - please ensure you select the correct date.
We do not offer amendments to delivery addresses and in exceptional circumstances changes will incur a £3 Admin Fee.
All our products may contain, Celery, Cereals containing Gluten, Nuts, Crustaceans, Eggs, Fish, Lupin, Milk, Molluscs, Mustard, Peanuts, Sesame, Soybeans, Tree Nuts
