THE BEST PANCAKES EVER, I’m not even exaggerating! My kids absolutely love it everytime I make these for them. If you’ve followed me for a while, you know that Pancake day has more so become a tradition ( the best kind ). Do we ever need a reason to make pancakes anyway?

Pancakes are one of those things that are always pretty easy to make, yet can be so hit or miss. Seriously, I have probably tried a dozen recipes. No matter what I do they always turn out flat, soft or just absolutely flavourless.

They are fluffy, crispy on the edges, tender in the middle, and completely stackable. Okay I’m done talking, let’s give you the best pancake recipe that will soon turn into your household tradition.

Everything you need / The ingredient List ( makes up to 8 pancakes ) :

The Process...

Sift the Flour, Baking Powder, Sugar and Salt into a large bowl.

In a separate bowl whisk Milk, Eggs and Melted Butter.

Pour the milk mixture into the flour mixture and mix well with a whisk removing all the lumps. This will form a light and airy batter.

Heat a non-stick frying pan to medium heat and add butter. Add a large spoon or two of batter.

When bubbles begin to form, flip over until both sides are golden brown. Repeat until all the batter is used up.

Serve with your favourite toppings, fresh fruits, cream or maple syrup. However you wish! Get as creative as you can.

Lots of love,

Mako xx
